My name is Sinéad O’Flynn and I am a Registered General Nurse (ABA/NMBI) and Registered Nutritional Practitioner (ANP) with more than 28 years’ experience working across acute and primary care settings in Ireland, the UK, and Australia. My practice supports adults dealing with a wide range of health concerns, including digestive issues, hormonal and metabolic imbalance, energy depletion, cardiovascular risk, and lifestyle-related stress. Drawing on clinical nursing, nutrition, nutrigenomics, and health coaching, I take a whole-person approach that considers symptoms within the context of real life. Having faced complex health challenges myself, I bring both professional insight and genuine understanding, helping clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and sustainable health strategies.
