Reset your hormones to provide overall support with our Perimenopause Programme, which also provides targeted support for menopause symptoms of hot flashes, insomnia, low mood and anxiety. The programme is suitable for females from the age of 40 yrs.

Please Note: You must answer a short series of questions to meet the criteria for this programme.

The four-week Perimenopause Programme is a hormone reset protocol to give a foundation framework to give overall support at any stage on this hormone journey. However, some of the supplements are most suited to those from 40 years upwards. It also provides additional targeted support for commonly experienced symptoms such as hot flashes, insomnia, low mood and anxiety.

Menopause is a natural part of every woman’s life. We don’t ‘go into’ or ‘come out of’ menopause, it’s a journey about balancing hormones that requires support, and it is a journey which starts long before any symptoms appear.

When should you use this support?

The optimal time to consider adding extra support is in the decade leading up to perimenopause. Saying that, it is never too late to add extra support, so don’t be alarmed if, like many women, you are already past this point and experiencing a myriad of unwanted symptoms.

How will you benefit?

This programme has the potential to bring significant benefits at any stage of your journey. The Perimenopause Programme is not designed to simply troubleshoot individual symptoms, it takes full view of your health and considers the body as a dynamic set of interconnected systems that all have the potential to influence each other.

The menopause journey is not only about the involvement of our sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), it is hugely impacted by our gut health, adrenals, thyroid, blood sugar balance, estrogen metabolism and biotransformation processes also. By incorporating all of these in the Perimenopause Programme, it allows your body to adapt to this new terrain in order to move through this hormone journey.
