Homemade Muesli


  • ½ cup buckwheat grouts
  • ½ cup quinoa/millet flakes
  • ½ cup coconut, dried/shredded, unsweetened
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup brazil nuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds


  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Add almond milk and fresh fruit or add coconut yoghurt
