- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 bunches basil
- 35g pine nuts
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 60ml olive oil – add extra for consistency
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add lemon juice to use as basis for salad dressing.
