• 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 bunches basil
  • 35g pine nuts
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 60ml olive oil – add extra for consistency


  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice to use as basis for salad dressing.
